Wedding at Castle Daelenbroeck

Once in a while you get to be a part of a special day, and I must say this was really fun to do especially because I felt like one of the family. In the morning I arrived at Sezen’s house and immediately I felt like I was home, very hospitable people, I even had to eat some home made sweets Sezen’s mom made (I’m on a diet but she insisted so I couldn’t refuse). Soon after that I knew this would be a great wedding !!

They were both a bit worried because the weather was far from ideal, it had periods of heavy rain but I explained to them that this wouldn’t affect the images, on the contrary, this would only add more drama to the film/ pics. David arrived in his beautiful Rolls Royce and he was very emotional when he saw Sezen for the first time, she did look gorgeous! After that we went to the amazing castle at Daelenbroeck and you can see from the film this was a spectacular venue to do the wedding ceremony and party. We had lots of fun flying the drone and really were lucky because after the main shots it started to rain really heavily.

After the ceremony and David’s emotional and also very funny speech, we went outside to make some more pics and after that we went inside for dinner. After that came the cutting of the cake and some fun Turkish traditions with lots of dancing and people having fun. Outside there was a campfire and the children gathered around to listen to stories and to play. Chanting and dancing everybody went outside again to return to the party venue were people had fun dancing and taking pics at the Photobooth!

The highlight of the night were the speeches from family and also the first and last dance where David was being seduced by many beautiful women but he stayed very true to his beautiful new wife Sezen. Once again, thanks guys for making this day a lot of fun and for letting me be a part of it as well. We wish you many happy years together.
